SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Ross Gladstone is a licensed professional engineer with more than 10 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects throughout Connecticut’s inland and coastal regions. As Senior Project Manager at H+H Engineering Associates, he takes pride in providing clients with a streamlined, hands-on approach from early planning through final construction.
Detail-oriented and results-driven, Mr. Gladstone focuses on practical, cost-effective solutions that meet regulatory requirements while exceeding client expectations. His goal is to provide clear guidance, strong technical expertise, and dependable service on every project he manages.
Mr. Gladstone provides a full range of civil engineering services for land development projects, guiding clients from initial concept through construction. His experience includes site layout, grading and drainage design, utility planning, and roadway improvements. He also specializes in
hydrologic analysis, water resource management, Low Impact Development (LID) strategies, and soil erosion and sediment control planning. Mr. Gladstone regularly manages local and state permitting
processes to ensure projects are efficient, compliant, and completed to a high standard.
